What is that red thing on my rock ? Do I need to be concern?

It looks like a patch of Cyanobacteria IMO. Is it slimy, firm, wiry etc?

It's like carpet and there is bubble popping inside it. What shall I do ? Seems like spreading ? Your valuable comments will be appreciate

Well if it is in fact Cyanobacteria your best bet IMO is to siphon out during your next water change. The link below might help.

I use a toothbrush and siphon it out. Does a great job getting it all off the rock.
