What's the best way to remove anemone from a rock?

Just bought a new tank and getting ready to sell my old one. Taking some of my favorite corals/anemone and putting them in my frag tank till new one is ready. One of the anemones I want to keep is on a rock that I am leaving in my old tank. Whats the best way to get it off.

I've also seen rubbing a piece of ice on its foot make it release.

If you rub a piece of ice on its foot put the ice in a plastic bag because it could damage the foot with frost bite.

Good idea, but I'm trying to get him off without removing any of the rock work.

I just slowly tickled mines foot (at the bottom) and lifted (slowly) with my nail. And slowly but surely he will come off of it. Great bonding experience too takes about 5-10 min if u do it correctly never just wanna rip him off or pull at him just wiggle ur nail slowly underneath and he will release.

+1 on the fingernail. I've removed a few this way with no problems.
