That's an ato? If so, I don't know that coolest is quite the right word..., but I really appreciate mine!

I have two of these 100g each.

One is for RODI water that is filled by an ato, and then I pipe it to this one, to mix in the salt. I have a drain on my closed loop, which i can screw my pump into to do a water change. then I reverse the pump, and refill from this tank. If done well, I can do about 80g in 1/2 hour with no water on the floor! Again, not cool persay, but I'm glad I have em!

Ya its an ato unit directly connected to an RODi system. Its cool becuase I just don't have to top off water. I've been topping off water for the last 4 years and its so nice for it to be automated. Even though I check it like twice a day to make sure it work :). I'm sure ill stop checking once I figure it works and has auto shut offs if it fails.

Your 100 gallons cylinders are pretty cool too! I wouldn't know what I would do without my 55 gallon drum to mix saltwater. Cool is the word lol. I'm gonna want those cylinders if I had the room for them.

LOL! Johnny you’re all about that ATO. Got the juices flowing yesterday? I’d have to say the RKL is probably the coolest hi-tech thing I bought for my tank (kinda make me feel like James Bond). Livestock would have to be this brown acro that’s turning pink n green.

I have been preaching the Level Loc for years now!! Easiest top off ever!! After 3 somethin years using it I have not had one single issue with the Level Loc!

are you sure that's enough stages? Does it really make a difference once you get to say 7 tds or so? If you do enough water changes, you won't get a buildup right?

I'm gonna have to say those vortechs are pretty cool. I saw them the other day online and then SWSW had some sitting on their counter that I looked at. I have pump envy.

I have everything envy. Im still pretty much doing everything the hard way. I want to do RODI, I just dont know where to put it. Any body have any good ideas.

I just bought two new powerheads though. Upgraded the old school korlias to the new evolution. There not vortech's but im still kinda excited.

I keep putting them under sinks... My first one was under the kitchen sink next to the disposal, and the one in the new house is under the laundry sink. I just fished clear tubing through the drywall to get it to the tank where the ATO is. Realize you don't need that many stages, a 3-5 stager will get you worlds of results compared to nothing.

I really wanted to go in the garage so I could have a storage bin, but no drain for waste.
Sorry about the hijack ynnho.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I though 0 was the goal for TDS? I know 7 is not as high a Tucson's 220-250 (via results of my test), but Johnny is running phosphate busters in most of those stages which normally doesn't contribute to TDS numbers.
