Whats the going price 4 blue hornets

Those "knock-offs" are called Next Generation Purple Hornets. They are like $75 for a 5 polyp frag or so. For a 10 polyp frag of Blue Hornets you should expect to pay around $75-$150.

I have seen people selling single polyps for upwards of $80 recently. I think it really depends on your local market because mine is not very saturated and the price shows.

Yes, the zoos pictured are indeed LA Lakers (which yes, are a deepwater variant, and outshine my hornets x10).

IMO, current market price is $25-35 for Blues & 40-60/per for Purples. IMO/IME.

they are listed at $20 for 5 polyps...I think I got real lucky cause I order 3 units...one frag had 6-7 polyps, one frag had 15-17, another had almost 30! Not sure if they would be so generous again. Apparently one of the guys that works their has them growing in his home tank. I emailed 2 other people who bought the same from them and they were happy...no melting cause they have been established. Only issue is that these guys don't know how to ship in cold weather...I had to send them a heat pack and then the box it came in just had thin packing foam cut in pieces around the box...not styrofoam and not a tight seal...good thing it wasnt too cold when they shipped.

I just got some African Blues that I'm pretty happy with. They were sold as "Steel Blues" like somebody else had said earlier. $50ish for easily 40+ polyps, a very nice colony, and I needed some blue colors really badly. Took 2 weeks for all the polyps to finally open up, but haven't had issues with melting yet like some people have had. Bottom of the tank, low flow.

Would love a darker blue like these Hornets and Lakers. Availability is pretty terrible around here.
