What are the best possible parameters for an sps tank?

Po4
Alk
Mag
Cal

NSW parameters (alk a bit higher 7.5 to 8.0, imo), with a high bioload(fish) and dumping huge amounts of fish food in!!!!!easy........

Well I am currently at.

Alk 8.5
Calc 420-430
Mag 1380
Nitrate 0 (having a hard time raising it I dont have many fish right now)
PO4 .04 (trying to get it to .03)
Temp 79.1 (This temp doesnt move even with my MHs on.)

7.6-7.8, 410-420, .02N and 10-15 ppb phos (.003 to .005) and stable is what I try and stay at.

Rock solid NSW is a good goal.
