Whats the red algae and the green algae?

When I say green I'm not talking about the cheato. And are those two im asking about beneficial or bad?

Is the tank newly set up? The red is cyno, which is a normal part of the cycling process. It'll die off when your nutrient levels get back to normal. If your tank isn't new, check your phosphates.
