What's the status of my order?

Due to two items being back-ordered, my order was split into two shipments - package 1 is due for delivery tomorrow.

Package 1 was charged to my credit card last week but I see nothing about the status of it on your website. Could you please check and let me know when it was/will be shipped - and if it's still on back-order, why my card was already charged?

Thanks for the post, my records indicate that your backorder has been charged and shipped on the 27th of January and is currently in transit under ups tracking number 1ZE837720301669354 and is scheduled to arrive to you on the 3rd. I'll be more than happy to email you copies of your invoices. I hope this was helpful.

Just curious though, any idea why the 2nd pkg doesn't show on MyAccount?

Hi Glenn,

Normally our automated email system will email you to advise you that your backorder has shipped, I apologize if you did not receive that confirmation. As far as the backorder showing as shipped at your end, The only thing it will show at your end is the original order number and a comment saying that it was partially shipped or shipped complete when everything has shipped, unfortunately it does not update any further information when an order splits due to a backorder.
