What's this worm

I found this worm while taking down my nano. Is it a pest? Should I add it to my new tank or get rid of it?

Hmmm looks like a parasite to me... Can't be too sure. But if I were you, I'd take it out. Who knows if it disrupts other marine life in your tank.

I have a few in my 75. They only come out at night and are really cool to watch. I've had no problems as of yet

I have at least a dozen in my 125. They are detritus eaters, a beneficial CUC member. If a fish dies, they'll help eat it.
