The white worm looking things are the hard casing of tiny feather duster worms.
Not sure what the white dots are, but they are likely a type of spionid worm. Are they spiral-shaped?
Either way, this is what healthy rock typically looks like, particularly the underside. Nothing to fear here, all beneficial critters that will come and go as your tank matures.
