recently, they have appeared to not open, and perhaps some are even melting away.....

no swings in parameters, and no predators to my knowledge...

thoughts on the right side?

Following. I just had a colony of AOGs go up in smoke for no apparent reason. They looked very similar to the right side of your colony. It destroyed all but three polyps and those still look pretty rough. They might not be out of the woods yet. It was fast too, I was out of town for 2.5 days and when I got back a healthy colony looked like that. I'm talking like 20+ polyps too. Sucks.

i would recheck you alk.dkh, ph and salinity. Also phos levels?

no pests in the tank.

Dip in lugols once a day for 4 days. Four drops per cup for ten min. For four days straight. That stuff is like magic in a bottle for z/p.
