What's up with this crab

The hair like stuff is over most of his body... Usually the legs are a little hairy but not the entire body

It's hard to say for sure, but many different species of crabs will intentionally cover their carapace with different invertebrates as a means of camouflage.

Did you intentionally introduce this crab, or was it a hitch-hiker on live rock?
 
It's an emerald crab... The only pic I could get is the one I posted of him sitting on the rock that first pic is the crab...

He is a Hairy Emerald crab. Hairy Emerald Crabs are the reef variety of the common Mithrax Sculptus. He is good and eats bubble algae. There are a lot of different Emeralds.
