What's up with this shrimp, babies?

Well I saw my shrimp doing this over and over. I've never seen anything like that on its underneath of its tail. I have no idea what's going on. I did find a molted shell today, I do have two these cleaner shrimp, so I don't know which one molted.

Eggs!
The babies are very hard to raise, from what I've heard. Fish do like to eat them, though, and I've heard of pipefish snicking the eggs away from the shrimp and eating them.
