Whats worse on coral health? Nutrients from food or fish poop? (detritus)

Whats more harmful to corals, fish detritus or excess nutrients from over feeding? I have a tomini tang that leaves the back right side corner of my tank blasted with poop! If i kick up the flow it creates a sandstorm. I only feed about 3 frozen cubes a week in a 40 gallon long tank and I also feed flake or spectrum pellets about twice a week. I feed a little bit of flake on monday, wednesday, and friday, then a cube and a half on tuesday and saturday. 5 fish. A tomato clown, lawnmower blenny, tomini, and 2 chromis. I'm running an aquamaxx hob-1 skimmer that puts in work for sure and brs gfo and carbon in an aqua clear 70. Parameters are great. Undetectable nitrate and phosphates at about 0.03.

Yup corals eat fish poop. Having 0 nutients isn't really a good thing. Corals need phophates to grow. With that being said if your tank is thriving just run with it
