What's wrong w my blue tang

Hello.. MY tang just has 2 spots by his eye, bt they are not small like a grain of salt that resembles ich. The guy at the fish store said that he has ich but the spots are blue and not getting worse. I have been treating him for ich but no improvement yet. He is eating fine and acting fine. Can someone help please

Ich is highly unlikely if the spots remain constant.
