What's wrong w/my Clarkii??

We've had this clown and anemone for a couple months. He has never had a problem with any new additions.

The other day I noticed him swimming "in place", going to the surface often and starting to list to one side. He is still doing this. His belly looks bigger than usual. Water checks out good. Is this a bladder infection?

TIA,
Jason

Pics would be pointless. A movie would perfect, but IDK how to copy one to my computer, yet. As of this AM, he's fine. His belly isn't inflated and he's no longer swimming in place with his head at a downwward angle. He isn't listing to one side. He looks like a normal fish. Swims upright, forward, backward and I haven't caught him going to the surface for air.

After a few hopurs of observation last night, I came to the conclusion he had a bladder problem. Every time he stopped moving, he would start floating. I told my wife he has gas and he just needs to fart. I fed some garlic soaked brine (which I haven't for a couple weeks). Maybe it helped?

I'll keep y'all updated if something happens.

Why must people assume that there is something wrong with the water AFTER I stated it's fine? My water has been stable for 4 months. Everything is in check.

My female perc has done this. It seems to happen if I just sprinkle flake food on top of the water. She gulps air I guess. Now, I submerge the food and it has not happened since.

Something could be wrong with your Clarkiis swim bladder. Maybe it got damaged?
