whats wrong with longnose hawkfish

I have noticed that my longnose has a lump on his nose that has gotten bigger in the last couple days. I have had him for about 6 months and seems to be eating. Any ideas what could be wrong?

I looked at the site thanks for your help. The picture and description on the site dont look the same. And I doesn't say what to do for him. I hope he/she will be ok. It doesn't look discolored at all just swollen.
