What's wrong with my anemone?

I've had this bta for about 3-4 months now. It was always a kind of tan color and never had bubble tips in my tank but was fully extended and looked good. Then a couple weeks ago I went on vacation and only left half the lights on ( full lighting is 4x 39 watt HO T5's on 30 gal. tank) so it wouldn't get too hot, and then when I got back it was only half the size, and a very very light green with pink tips. Still eats every day, but is small and pale even though lights have been on full power since I got back a week ago. All params are good except the SG dropped to around 1.019/ 1.020 and I've heard they prefer it around 1.026 is the the problem? Any ideas what's wrong and how to help it?
Thanks,
Bryan

To me it sounds like the anemone got "upset" because you left 2 of the lights on.Word of advice when you go on vacation its best to have your lights set up on a timer that way you dont have to leave the lights on or off.

I have one qustion? What was the SG when you left to go on vacation? If it was higher than what you have now I would think that the anemone got shocked do to the drop in the salinity.

The color you describe suggest the anemone bleached. This could be because of the lower light or too high temps, or perhaps the dramatic change in sg. Yes, a sg of 1.025-1.026 would be better. Hopefully you can get the anemone to regain its zooxanthellae.

I had the lights on a timer but instead of the 4 lights being on I left 2 on. Turns out the tank stayed cool, I was afraid it might get into the high 80's but stayed in high 70's. I thought it had bleached as well but like I said it is a light mint green color with pink tips and I'm feeding it everyday so hopefully it will recover. I also lost an sps coral that totally bleached over vacation; when I came back there were maybe 5 polyps left so I think it may have been the low lights. I didn't measure the SG before I left but I would assume it was somewhere between 1.022 and 1.025 because that's what is usually is when I measure for top off's. I'll keep feeding it and hope it recovers quickly.
