Whats wrong with my anemone?

Hey all,

About every other day or every third day when I come home from work around 5 or 6 my anemone looks like the picture attached. It is a BTA and on the days when it isn't like this it is full and seems to be doing great.

Does anyone have any ideas what might be wrong or is this typical of BTA's? My water quality parameters all seem to be good.

Give it flow. IME, when I recieved nems in the mail, they would look way worse (torn oral discs, mesentries exposed) give them flow and time and they perk back up fairly quick.
