Whats wrong with my clown?

Hello, 3 days ago i got a pair of clowns and they were doing just fine, last time i checked on them it was probabbly around 8pm today,had to wake up around 12 and decided just to go see them and noticed one of them has this white thing or bubbles on its body, it doesnt look right at all.. What should i do? The other clown is looking good so far They are in a 30 gallon tank its them a snowflake eel and a carpet anemone.. Live rock and live sand.. If that info helps

Looks like anemone or coral stings to me.
It's too big and localized for ich and doesn't look like brook or velvet.
Another option could be lymphocystis, but again it doesn't really fit.

I would closely watch him and see if it spreads or goes away.
