What's wrong with my clownfish?

I bought a pair of True Perculas on Saturday. The LFS had had them for almost two weeks, they were the last of six they had got in. Nothing seemed wrong with them at all and for the first several days they've been fine in my tank. Today one of them doesn't seem to be doing well though. He's hanging out in low flow area, basically paddling in place. His breathing is rapid, his dorsal fin and the two little tummy fins are all tucked against his body and he's had a constant strand of poop coming out most of the day. The pair were inseparable for the first several days but today the other one seems to be going about his/her business and not caring about the sick one. No bullying going on, the other fish just swim by him like he isn't there.

Tank water is all good, 0ppm ammonia, nitrite and nitrate. Temp 80, pH 8.2, 1.025 specific gravity. He's been eating good up until today.

Any thoughts on what could be wrong? I'm assuming he only has a short time left but I'd surely try anything that might help him make it.

As a side question, if this one does die and I buy another one, will the one in my tank now and the new one likely pair up?
