What's wrong with my clowns????

My poor little clowns look sick!!!

Any idea what's wrong with them?? Does this look like ich??

They are the only fish in the aquarium. I got them at the same time. The only other thing in there is a hammer coral and CUC.

how long has your tank been set up? Looks like Ich but I (knock on wood) havent dealt with Ich for probably fifteen years and that was with freshwater. Thats not Ich. That looks like a case of Brooklynella aka "Clownfish Disease.

+1...I wouldn't count this out. Are they eating? How long have they been like?

I doubt that is Brook. It looks like a severe case of Ich to me.

Can't really tell from the picture. It could be ich or Brooklynella. For the first I have tried a more natural approach soaking their food with garlic and letting their inmune system fight the parasites. Using a UV sterilizer will help with killing the parasites when they are in the state of free floating. I had two clowns die from Brooklynella and one that survived after putting him through a formalin treatement. You would have to remove him from the tank and treat it separately. Good luck.
