What's wrong with my clowns

I recently got some "stubbie" clown fish from ORA, and noticed some dark spots on them. It doesn't seem to be on the flesh, but inside the flesh.

You can really see it on the clown to the right.

I would post this in the 'clownfish&anemone forum'.
Did it have the spots initially?

I know I should, but I needed an imediate response. I am not sure if I should set up a quarentene tank.

No, they didn't have them when I got them. A week ago.

interesting. Do you have an anemone in the tank? This is a long shot, but....I was just thinking that maybe the clowns slime coat was under developed and it possibly got stung. Just a thougt.

You might try sending a pic to ORA if you get no response here.

I am guessing that you have some other corals in there? Most of the time those spots are caused when a clown is hosted by something other then an anemone. No real harm is done.

But what corals do you have in the tank? Those spots look just like the ones that they will get when the attempt to be hosted by a coral, and not an anemone.

Kenya tree, devils hand, dead mans finger, and a couple of shrooms.
