What's wrong with my damsel?

He's been healthly sincE I've had him, well over a year now. All of a sudden yesterday he's covered in this white stuff. It's on his body scales as well as covering his fins. It's too larg to be ich. Looks like some kind of bacterial infection. My other damsel is fine and not being aggressive Towards him at all. All other fish are good. Only new addition was an angler to the system, not in the DT though he's in the fuge, and he's healthly too. Here are some pics. Any advice is appreciated, unfortunately I don't have a hospital tank and catching him would be almost impossible. It's a reef tank with mostly soft and lps.

I have an Azure damsel too and they are tough little guys as long if it's still eating it will probably fight it off, but as Eric mentioned I would post it over in the disease forum to try and get an ID with possibly a medication.
 
I just posted here because there's more traffic and I needed a quick answer. Might not matter anyways, I didn't see him when I went home for lunch :-(
