Whats wrong with my Frogspawn

I've had 2 frogspawns/hammer in my tank since February. Bought at the same time, same lighting (t5ho changed as needed), same salt, same spot, same flow etc.
They have always been happy, always been able to touch, there are no fish or critters in the tank that harass them.
This last month or so they have both started to look like crap. The Frogspawn I got back in June still looks good, it is within range of these 2 and touches the green one, when the green one was properly expanded. All my other lps are fine, its just these 2.
Both the Brown and Original green have had a branch die. The entire brown FS isn't expanding as you see in the picture, the green one that wasn't expanding is the head/branch that died, it started doing that typical dying lps thing with the brown nastys so I pulled it out and scrubbed the dying tissue off so it wouldn't continue to kill anything else, The other branch of the green still looks okay.
I pulled them both out 2 week ago and dipped them in revive, no improvements. All water peramaters appear okay do regular w/c's, t: 78, sal: 1.025, will post results of alk etc later. None of my other coral are doing this.

Whats it next to? Any corals stinging it at night? My frogspawn got stung by my favia so much that it killed it. I would look at you aquarium once the lights are off and see if any sweeper tenticles are stinging it. From there I would check water parameters, specificall nitrates, phosphate, ph, and alk. My lps act weird when my alk drops.

The only thing within reach of these 2 are some fuzzy mushrooms and they shrink up at night (you can see the tops of them in the bottom of the "now" pictures) they also dont touch the arms, just the skeleton.

I've been changing my water more often since seeing the issue with these 2 coral, hoping if it was a water issue, that would help correct it. Isn't helping. But the odd thing is, I have 3 other frogspawn, 1 hammer, 2 torch that are all 100% happy and healthy. Which is odd if its the water...
Nitrates Nitrites Ammonia are good 0, ph 8.2, whill try and remember to check phos and alk tonight.

so ph 8.2, nitrate 0, nitrite 0, phosphate 0, 8-9dkh, Calcium higher then 400 (api test kit, never used the calcium part before and clearly I suck at it, dont think I did it right haha)

Could still use some help with this guy I dont know what to do, any ideas? Hes starting to look worse again. Even my frogspawn that got stung by my torch is looking better then this brown frogspawn....

Mushrooms are stingers. I would isolate the frogspawn.

I had one head do that on a new frag i bought so i cut it off and the other heads are growing awesome! still dont know what killed it but i saved the rest

+1 I have a hairy mushroom that has wiped out everything within its reach. I would definatly relocate either the frogspawn or the mushrooms.
