what's wrong with my koralia?

So i had a koralia 4 running and it just doesn't work anymore and it's brand new. I thought these were supposed to be the best, so what gives? I gently swished it in the water to maybe loosen anything stuck in there to no avail. Any ideas?

Did you take it apart? When I messed w/sand in my tank I had gotten some sand particles stuck where the magnets attract. It wouldn't spin. Try taking it apart, rinsing it out, putting it back together and plugging it back in.

Very easy. Only like 4 pieces max.

you need to make sure the shaft aligns with the cover, you will see the little centering hole.

koralia aren't the best they are just cheap and reliable and that's what makes them so favorable. Sounds like you have some obstruction in there somewhere. Like Korrine said take it apart and get what ever is keeping it from spinning out of there.

wouldn't hurt to soak it in vinegar for an hour either

there is also a year warranty on it
