whats wrong with my picture?

I used a "sunlight" yellow lens with an iphone6+. It looks dim and cloudy (its not by any means)

Idk why the pics I posted in the lounge now show over the reef pic I shot and need some pointers on. The pic is the last one if you click on the pic and scroll over
 
It looks like the water is cloudy and low contrast. Perhaps it's light hitting the lens. Can you shade the lens and try another pic?
 
It because im shooting through a gel flash lens, it is picking up a glare from the lights and it wont go away. If I dont use the lens its clear but the white balance is all jacked up

You've explained your own problem. You're getting glare from the filter which is reducing your contrast. You'd be better served looking at one of the apps that allow you to adjust your white balance. That camera has no idea what to do with that yellow filter.
 
I have several of the apps for this reason but it still looks too blue, only way I can get good color rendering is with a filter. I know several people that use filters and theirs look better than mine. I will be getting a real camera soon so I wont have to worry about it.
