Hi everyone, Ill be moving this guy to QT today after work, valentini puffer. Attached is a before and after picture (top before bottom after) anyways he has some small white spots and a haze on his eye. The white hanging on his belly is a stuck piece of gravel I think. Thanks

Need much better pictures. What is the source of the fish? What is the behavior?

I resized the photo, was far to large.

Behavior wise is normal, still swimming around checking things out. She ate last night normally, she doesnt eat much in the mornings ever. What do you mean by source of the fish?

Where did you get it? How long ago? Quarantine protocol?

Thank you for clarifying. It was QT'd by my neighbor for me as I didnt have a QT tank at the time, the QT was done with water from my tank for 6 weeks. She was one of my first purchases while my tank was nearing the end of it's cycle. She's been in my tank since Saturday. She was purchased from my LFS, I asked if she was WC or CB, but they were unable to tell me. I have since found a more responsible LFS.

Sorry to hear that man, sucks loosing a cool fish like that. Give your tank a little more time to cycle. I added fish a little to early and they struggled for a bit. Better luck in the future.

It looks like it also hat a external parasite hanging out of its guts.
The haze may have been velvet, but that one is really hard to diagnose from pictures.
