Dogface Puffer with Swim Bladder Problem

Dear All;
I wondered if anyone could Help…..
36 Hours ago - My Dogface Puffer after blowing himself up, didn’t release properly, and he’s now swimming on his side, nearest to the top, don’t know what to do, never happened before…..
Tried rubbing his belly to release the area water to know effect slightly better, but still slightly on the side and help please…

Sorry. I don't have experience/knowledge about Puffers, per se. However, if there is a buoyancy issue, it probably isn't water so much as it might be air.

Is the fish eating? Eating what? How is the water quality?

In Quarantine Tank with Ozonizer on 60%….
Have starved him for 36 Hours…..
