Just wondering what everyones favorite food for their corals is? And how often your feeding for optimal growth?

I feed chopped meats like Rods food and mysis shrimp. I've been doing an occasional feeding of 3-4 day old baby brine shrimp with selcon and/or vitachem, every 3-4 days and the colors in my LPS have noticeably improved.

I'm assuming you are asking about LPS corals.
These are my favorites for LPS.
PE Mysis, capelin roe, and other diced seafood; fish ("silversides" work very well, though they also have a high phosphate content) table shrimp, and squid.

Thanks for the replys and yes im talking about LPS. Ive gotten some really nice frags lately and would like to help them as much as possible.

Mine eat mysis, cyclopeeze, silversides, and krill. The silversides are great, but I have also heard they have high phosphates. Just have to pull them apart and make sure not to leave any laying around. If you have a good skimmer it shouldn't be a problem.

live black worms, but I don't feed my lps any more since I upgraded and now have a wooden canopy. If you can get them, I would recommend them for all fish and coral.
