When adding a carpet???

I added my carpet the other day and dug a nice hole for it and boxed it in and all that goodness, then I turn on my powerhead it it blew it all over the place. So I turned it off and replaced the carpet. I know they move and it will move to whereever it has the most flow, but im worried that once it sits itself which i have no idea how long that takes, and i turn on my powerhead again that it will want to move and if it does itll be tossed around again like a baby. Any thoughts or ideas to help would be greatly appreciated. Its a fluval 700 in a 20gal.

What species? "carpet" can refer to a number of species with widly varying conditions needed for health. Please post a picture also.

Is your tank as new as your join date? If so, please return your nem where you got it, your tank is not ready to support an anemone. (especially if it was started brand new with new rock, etc.)
