How sensitive are cucumbers? I have 2 tigertails, and a grey sandsifter (Not sure exact name) And I will be adding it to a new system down the road. Snails and hermits can be added after a couple weeks, but what about cucumbers?
Most large inverts are a potential problem, because new tanks are chemically all over the place unless they have very, very careful management, and even then the most experienced can get caught off guard.
