I received a female carpenters wrasse last Tuesday 1/10. She was very small maybe 1.5" but looked healthy minus some stress from shipping.
She went in to hiding and I didn't see her again until the 1/12 (expected). Didn't see her again until Saturday 1/14 where she still stayed behind the rocks but saw her eat several small brine shrimp. Since then I have not seen her again.
Other fish in the tank are 3"sailfin, yellow coris, 2 percs, mandarin, blue chromis, YWG and 1 male carpenters.
The male had been in the tank about 3 weeks prior to adding the female which I know is reverse of how it should he done but I received a male in the original order.
Am I just being impatient or should I start to worry? Regardless of the response I am NOT going to start removing rock to look for it.
