carrots....
yup I met w/ Edgar last year. We had a great time, went to Joes house and took the tour.
Talk about the most productive clownfish breeder of all time. This guy can do more w/ 250st ft than professional can do w/ 4000 sq ft, and yes follow his advice.
Pavlova is excellent to enich rots, and Ocellaris is the key to pay the bills.
AS for last years IMAC I couldn't have been happier. I sat between Martin moe and Bill addision for dinner. These guys have forgotten more about fish breeding than I 've learned. I was hoping proximity and osmosis would make me smarter.
David- you touch upon an important point, the fish hobby is currently dominated w/ reefers.... these coral-hugging folks bring the money and they want to hear about coral this and that. So the talk circuit is all about corals. Hence the presentations focus around that topic, and I'll last year Martin Moe prolly had 50 people at his talk, yet Anthony C had 150-180. If you want fish breeding stuff, the "Marine ornamentals" meeting held last month in Las vegas was the place to go. It focuses on the majority of the stuff we discuss here.
