well when is do you guys know it is time to frag as i have never had this problem till now ,this is my first slimer colony and I have noticed growth but also some of the bottom parts are turning white underneath like not enough light is getting to it so that part is dying off does this happen with colonies if not fragged ? or when they get too big? like my millepora which is also loosing color on the pieces underneath . Never thought i would have this problem since i have had nothing but frags ..till lately say 2nd year out of 9 years , also my millepora is going thru the same phase here is the pic of the piece in my 120.
here are some pics of the pieces in question and i have seen alot larger pieces but never shots under the corals can you guys with the big colonies show us the undersides?

notice the coral on the bottom and how the coral is loosing it's color only on the bottom I have been told it needs to be moved so the light hits the whole coral face since it is inclined ..would you agree
