When should I start water changes?

Title says it all. My tank cycled in about 10 days and has been up and running for about 20 days. I've added 2 small clowns and some rasts zoas as well as some alien eye zoas. The water perimeters have not changed.

Ammonia - 0 ppm
Nitrite - 0 ppm
Nitrate - 0 - 5.0 ppm

When do you guys think I should start my water changes? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

early on ide be doing a minimum of 10% weekly and just keep monitoring your parameters. after 6 months or so you will find you can slow off on them and once youve started filling with corals keep an eye on the cal mag and alk, then dose appropriately : )

+1 to 10% water change weekly because you have a new tank. As your tank matures I would say you can probably push it to 2 weeks.

I would have done my first WC right after the cycle finished to get rid of the high nitrates. Then 10% a week after that for the rest of the tanks life.
