when to feed?

I got my 2nd part of my package last monday, when should I begin to feed things?like the serp. stars, etc?

I waited until the tank fully cycled before feeding anything. Why add to the waste. Once cycled I began feeding the anenomes some shrimp. Everybody seems happy. At about 4 weeks after cycle I added a couple of corals and a week later 3 very amall fish (gamma and two firefish). Everything doing fine. Yesterday add a green buble anenome with a clown. Going to wait another month before adding anything else to allow everything to settle again.
