When updating the firmware??

When you update the firmware on an AC3 what data is lost (if any)? My firmware version is Rev 3.20S-1A07 and I am about to update it.

In particular what about these items:
Program and timer names?
networks setup information such as e-mail address?
Calibration offsets for probes?

You have the latest version of firmware, so no need to update yet.
All calibration offsets, network settings, etc. are retained during the firmware update. The readme.txt included with the firmware will document whether the addition of new program statements, etc. require that you save your program before the upgrade, and then restore it.
