That's the BM200 I sold a week ago.

The cone is NOT supposed to be removable.

It's supposed to look like this:

The cup, pump and silencer were all wrapped seperately.

Here's how it looked 1 day before it was packaed to be shipped.

and ups most likey not honor the claim unless you double boxed it. they have screwed up quite a few thing here. and always put it off on you claiming it wasn't packaged properly. so you have to eat it

FedEx is the only way to go IMO. I had such a bad time with UPS , I will happily pay the few extra bucks and use FedEx.

They guy is being pretty calm about it and willing to work it out in a rational manner. It just chaps my *** that it happened. I made certain and all of the space in the box was filled with bubble wrap and things were protected. There shouldn't have been any way for it to get damaged without the box being smashed pretty badly, yet they found a way to bust it right at the seam.
