They are answering the phones, but getting parts or work done is another thing.
I've been waiting for replacement cases for my gen 5 xr30's for 6 weeks and nothing yet.
I just saw a post where someone needed a part, emailed them yesterday and got fedex tracking info today.
I guess it's who you know,,,,,,,,,,,,

Well if you have some inside information or direct contact with someone, please ask them to get off their *** and ship me the new gen 5 lens cases they promised me over 6 weeks ago..
