Where can I get these?

Where can I get this shrimp if its even in the hobby?

Scientific name: Periclimenes kororensis.
It has long arms and lives in anemonies. If this picture is unclear, there are a few more if you google image the scientific name.

i have seen them for sale at several local fish stores here in MD, but its kinda hit or miss with those. i think the last place i saw have them was exotic aquatics or maybe it was roozens. cant remember but they were very expensive from either. do some calling around and askif they are in stock. just ask if they have anemone shrimp instock.

Hm, you said they were expensive-how expensive? I am willing to pay around $30-$40 for one of these, higher than that is crazy. Thanks, I'll look around and see.

I just noticed the names don't match..but these live in anemones.

Some times sea life inc. has the ones you are actually looking for.

This is one of the species we find in the Florida Keys.

This one lived in my tank for about 6 month but he has since disappeard and I think he died

Yeah I had one of those until it somehow jumped out of the tank, found it shriveled up behind the tank the next morning. But I'll replace it soon,

i think roozens was asking $45-50 and exotic aquatics was aski $65...but you might wanna double check that.
