I have one if you are still looking. Mine looks a bit bigger than the one in your pic tho. It measures 6.5" in length. The scale is much wider apart, so probably more precise.

BTW, how do you use those meters? Can you take some pics from different angles to show how it's attached, etc.? Thanks.

dywer sells them directly: http://www.dwyer-inst.com/. Call them, they are very friendly. There are a number of different models or meters as well as controllable meters (make sure you get the one you want, probably controllable).

Thanks Kenny, I just got from ghever. There is an inlet and an outlet, you don't use the inlet, attach your skimmer venturi on the outlet to measure how much air it pulls.

I still have a few more left if anyone wants..why pay $25 when you can pay $12 shipped. The black knob controls the flow, and this LPM readout is ideal for measuring how effective your skimmer's venturi is ...
