Where can I learn about Corals?

Does anybody have a good website or 2 showing different coral types and general knowledge about them? How fast they grow, how to nourish, how to treat if sick ( if they even get sick)?

I want to get coral in my tank and i know nothing about them. My LFS has amazing looking frags but i don't know what I'm looking at to be honest. I plan on surfing the internet all day at work tomorrow but i was hoping some of you guys have already found great websites and can direct me so i can learn more quickly!! Assume i know nothing... haha because currently, I don't. Thanks!

Great general information on that website! I am still trying to find one with pictures of the different types of corals and names of each. Difference in growth, feeding, and potentially dangerous? I understand people can become allergic to them over time. Is that true? Should i always use gloves if i need to do any aquascaping or reaching into my tank?

I'd recommend some basic reference books like Borneman's "Aquarium Corals." It covers most of the major genera and species and provides a lot of info about water chemistry, lighting, etc. which you will want/need to understand before you start buying corals. It's not the "most up to date" reference, but it has a good basic overview of what you need to know.
