To lazy to haul anymore

To lazy to haul anymore

I have two 44 gal brutes in Arizona room plumbed to RO with Kent float valves and manual cut off valves. One is salt with powerhead, one is fresh RO. Put a 30 gal Brute in closet behind new 110 hooked to Tunze Osmalator for RO make up, not tied in RO yet have to fill manual, but it will keep tank topped off for about 3 weeks. Will run a RO line to it in Spring, then lazy reefing starts, only have to figure out how to do auto water changes.

Sounds nice John. I ended up grabbing an RO/DI for home too. But I was getting it from Rob over at Southwest after I left the store.

I got an RODI for my birthday- Hubby said it would save a LOT of $- not just the water, but all the stuff I bought when i stopped off for water.

Thats funny, but true. Catch him when he comes back from Lowes or Home Depot and remind him about saveing with the RO, lol.

I have a RO/DI under the sink that we ran to the dining room. I have a 35 gallon barrell that I use to mix my water. I use reef crystals salt. I'd never trust water from any lfs! (No offense to anybody!)

Been buying RODI from Rob. Thought I'd be able to put in a system now that we have a new house with a laundry room. But now we have to actually PAY for the house...

When I get a new washer/dryer, I'm getting the stacked on top ones- then I'll have tons of room in the laundry for the RODI and containers.

I don't really have room in my house for the water system, so I bought the system and installed it into a friend's house. So, now he gets free water...but the wife doesn't whine about all the fish stuff at our place as much.

I have 2 RO/DI systems. One used for sump top-off. The other is used for salt mixing in the garage. Use 125 g storage container for mixing saltwater. Use magdrives to pump water into the house for water changes.
