Where do you host your pics at?
I have reached my bandwith limit with Photo bucket.
They made me buy an account. I don't mind paying $40.00 for 2 years. I am just concerned about what would happen years down the road. What if something to me then what happens to build thread.

I've hosted my images via my own domain for more than 10 years. It's allowed me to switch providers several times without "breaking" any image links when I do.

I reached mine a couple years ago. After a couple weeks Photobucket "gave" me unlimited bandwith.

Are you sure the bandwith is the problem?? They only allow 2500 pics in an album. Try startiing a new album.

If the bandwith is gone, it won't upload pics. I can't understand why they would only give me unlimited. I didn't pay anything. Like I said, it took a couple weeks before they gave it to me. If you look at the top of the page it will tell you how many images you have in the album.

You can also open a new account with someone else. I had opened one with Flicker, but never really used it because PB got back to me. If you do that, the ones on PB should just stay as they are.

photo bucket will not let me use a link on RC cus it has reached the total amount of bandwith (to many people reading and looking at my thread) so if i just leave as is i wont have pics just a window saying bandwith has reached

This. Although I have been with the same place for 11 years now. And before that I was almost a new place every month.

As far as if it is hard, yes and no. Use somewhere like go daddy and it is easy, most of it is graphical and very user friendly.

If you don't mind paying for your account, I really like Smugmug. It's very simple to use and has a lot of options both in customization as well as security. If you're computer savvy, you can even insert Java script, Flash media, HTML, etc. If you really get serious, you can also get a Pro account, which will allow your customers to a webpage designer and host it myself.

tinypic > photobucket

It's free and none of your photos will look like this...

I use Flickr and have had the Flickr Pro account for, ummm, 4 years now, I believe. Until I'm able to set up my own domain, I'll continue to use Flickr. I'm very happy with it. I also have a Photobucket account, but I don't think I've even logged onto it, for over a year. It's probably been 3 years or more, since I've uploaded a photo to it.
