Just picked up a nice ricordea frag about "1 across...where in the tank should i put this...up higher on a rock ledge or down in the sand toward the bottom???? Its in a 20 gallon high tank under Coralife Aqualight pro 10000k PC's and actinics

The higher the better IMO. You'll see better coloration and growth with higher lighting.
