Where is my Ballast Kreeger1????

I am not really sure whats going on here, but we talked 3 weeks ago and you said stop by and pick up the ballast (Ice cap 250 watt MH) that you'd be home, but when I was on my way and called, you never answered my calls and stood me up. Still 3 weeks later you still don't answer my calls nor return them or my emails/PM's nor respond. So what's the deal??? I see you on here all the time so why not complete this transaction. You have either the ballast you owe me or my money you owe for the ballast I gave to you. (which was right away I might say). I know this sounds silly over a stupid ballast but now it's principle. I have invested money into bulbs for a ballast I cannot seem to get. This doesn't look good that an officer of OUR club would do this to a fellow reefer especially one thats an Officer as well (Police)!!!

And just for the record:: I AM NOT!!! accusing you of any wrong doing here it just doesnt make sense to continue blowing someone off. I am sure you are busy with work and life but aren't we all. I have 5 kids and 2 Jobs yet I still make the time to complete ALL my transactions. I REALLY tried to keep this private through pm's but you not responding to them prompted this action.

I responded to your pm Ben, that I will give you a call as soon as I can meet up. I was camping the week before and last week I was at Niagra falls. Plus running my own company eats up a ton of time.
On a side note the 10 dollar wire harness that I thought was included for the price of the ballast we traded for ended up being 27.99 fyi not 10 bucks. I will get ahold f you soon as to when I have time, The fourth I will be of till 4 I can meet up with you then.

Your right I did get a pm from you saying you would contact me in a few days but yet I never heard back from you. Also Please go back and RE-READ my post that said the wiring harness was NOT included. Hence I labeled it BALLAST ONLY!!!! As of the other issue All you had to do was call and I would have understood and not felt blown off, stood up or even ripped off. I offered many times to come pick up or meet you somewhere. At this point I would have paid the stinking shipping fee just to get it. I work the 4th at the fire house so I wont be around. I really wasn't trying to be a jerk but come on 3 weeks is excessive especially when I told you I needed it right away because I had no light over that tank. I am not trying to fight here at all, my sole purpose was to resolve this issue.

I didn't know you needed it right away, I would have dropped it off when I drove by and your truck was gone. I will drop it off at your house on the 4th.
