Come on now, where are the pics of your new tank? You can't ask for help and get a new tank running without letting us in on it!!! Those photoshop pics of your fuge just arn't doing it.

Get us some pics or put some in your gallery :)

Hows it running by the way, or does it have you running?

haha, i didnt even notice this thread. Thanks for caring Bri.

I only have one picture so far. I took this right after I filled the tank. The few corals I have look sickly, you can barely notice them. I will take another tonight now that my 3 corals have opened up.

My new lights will be here next week, and I would really like to get an order placed to get a few more fish, especially a lawnmower blenny!

I took pictures of the plumbing but deleted them by accident. I'm going to use the recovery program Jason gave me to try and get them back

That is one nice set-up TJ! You have done a fine job with the stand as well. Looks like you are on your way to having a beautiful reef tank! Look forward to seeing more.

thanks Spike. I honestly owe it all to you. You convinced me to stay in the hobby, and now I'm hooked again and poor again!

The 40 breeder is the perfect size for me. If I can get it to look half as beautiful as your tank, I will be very happy.

Alright thats a start with the pics, wheres the sump and lets see it with the lights on (since the water settled)

Nice job so far, glad all went well.

im actually leaving the halide off until I can get the light hung from the ceiling. Its way too close to the water (3"). I'm going to hang the light about a foot off the water. Hopefully this weekend.

I'll take some pics of the sump, but its tucked into the stand so it won't show much. I still have to install the sandbed in the sump too.

when Jason stopped over he didn't think it was that big of a deal. We might try an eductor or something. I'm going to wait and let the tank mature a bit before I buy a new pump.

I'm quite shocked as to the amount of pods I already have. They sure reproduce fast!

Looking good TJ!!!

thanks spike. That candycane there is the first coral you ever sold me. It was the first coral I ever had period. Started at 3 heads and now has 46 :-)

looks like somebody slowly counted them over the years!

I do the same, get all excited when i see a new zoo head coming along.

its 9.5" tall. The rusty was kind of expensive, but I saw one in limpits tank and I just had to get one. I would like to add one more gorgonian to the tank.

Long story short:

My Grandmother's funeral was today, but.......I got to meet one of my cousin's who is also a member here on RC. Come to find out that he is from Milwaukee and has a 75G reef tank with about 6 corals he wants to frag and GIVE to me.

Aside from my Grandma's funeral and a flat tire on my truck, I would say it was a decent day!
