Where should I put my skimmer?

Ok I have a 100 gallon sump and I am getting a sro 5000 internal skimmer and would like to know where to put it in the sump. There is a pic of it attached. On the right side it looks like there is an over flow in the corner. I guess that's where my pipes from the dt will come in. Then I have a large open area which I am guessing will be my area to grow macro algae. Then I have a couple pieces of glass (bubble trap maybe?) that goes right before the return area (where you see all of the junk stored for now) for the external pump to return the water to the dt. I guess I don't want my skimmer in with the algae do I so where do I put it.

My skimmer is in my FRONT 1'st Chamber, then my second is the refugium, the 3rd is the return pump....

What is the height of that sump? Looks shallow.

It's 17" tall.

I run mine as stated above. First, then all the other stuff, fuge, doser, reactor, then return.

I would say the same side as your overflow drain from the display.
