Where to buy Cheato?

I'm nearing completion on my new sump/fuge, but can't get Cheato in Ridgecrest.

I work at Edwards AFB in the Lancaster/Palmdale area.

but man is that a drive from palmdale... WOW.... especially since you have a FOWLR tank... ouch
 
Some of the Inland Reefers will be going - and I have chaeto if you want some (share the love, I always say. Or was that pass the ammunition?).

Drop me a note off list if you want a ride. I'm in Phelan and there are others in Hesperia/elsewhere...

I'm trying to work details to make it down there, but plans are shakey.

I wish the drive was from Palmdale, but really, I live in Ridgecrest, an hour and a half North of Palmdale. I just work at Edwards.

But hey, if there's a car-pool forming, let me know, and I can consider it as an option. It'd definately help the trip budget.

Oh, and as for FOWLR, I'm ready to make the plunge. Tonight I swap stands, and tomorrow I swap sumps. All that's left are good lights. Maybe I'll find some while I'm down there!

The offer for a ride still stands. Again, drop me a note off list and I'll give you my number.

Also, Marine Depot is allowing will-call pickup for orders placed by 3:00 Friday afternoon. If you want something, drop an order in and you can grab it while you are there.

And if worse comes to worse, I have a CSL CF 96X2 ballast you could borrow until you get something else... You'd need to get lights for it, but hey, it's better than a gro-lux bulb....

LA is far as well for chaeto but if you want it...i have it!
 
Ok, so I'm not sure but I think I'll drive, so I can take my Daughter, but I'd love to take you up on the offer, and can swing down that way, maybe just follow you on into LA...
 
is venison jerky wild deer? cuz that's probably the best jerkey i've ever had back when i was in Pennsylvania. Ronald, ur phone doesn't work!!! i'll try to call you after monday then. thing is i need almost a gallon's worth~! anybody can ship me around a gallon? i'll pay shipping, unless Ronald has a gallon to spare ;)
 
uh...how about i give you a ball and you let it grow =)
i can spare probably about a quart or so. since my sump went to crap i have it in a rubbermaid container with a shrimp and 24 hours of light....so maybe youll get lucky and the shrimp will die and feed it some nutrients while im gone for the weekend.
turn off your skimmer and dump a canister of pellets in the water. run your lighting 24 hours and youll be SET. get ready for some AWESOME growth.
