Flamehawk In Memoriam Jan 5, 2007 #3 4" PVC has 4.5" outside diameter which means you can use 4.5" outside diameter ACRYLIC TUBING which is a commonly available size. if you still have a hard time finding it, let me know. i have a couple of short lengths.
